Test a plan before you spend with Intelligence

See a plan's likely result as a range, worked out from your own site's numbers, before anyone spends time or money on it.

Intelligence shows what a plan will likely bring. It plays your own site's history forward, with and without the plan, and shows the result as a range together with what it rests on and what it can't know.

Intelligence comes with the Team and Agency plans.

Where you see it

You'll find a Likely result block in three places:

  • Under an answer in Chat or the Ask panel when you ask "what if". For example: "What would happen if we rewrote the titles on our top pages?"
  • Under the week's plan when the growth strategist saves one.
  • Inside the approval card when an agent asks to hand work to another agent.

If a plan hasn't been tested yet, the block says "See the likely result before anyone starts." Choose Test this plan (or Test these items on an approval card). While it works, the block says "Testing the plan on your own numbers…".

What the likely result shows

The block covers the next 12 weeks. It shows:

  • a range, such as "4 to 18 more leads"
  • the most likely value and what you'd get without the plan
  • when it starts to show, such as "Starts showing in 1 to 3 weeks"
  • the changes that add the most, and how many can't be estimated

Choose See how this was worked out to open the full detail:

  • What changes and Week by week: clicks, visits, leads and won deals, Without the plan and With the plan.
  • What each change adds: each part of the plan and its likely result.
  • What it rests on: each assumption in words, its source (Your data, Google or Assumption) and How sure (High, Medium or Low).
  • What's unknown: one line for each thing it couldn't estimate.
  • How well this predicted your past weeks: how far off the same method was on your recent weeks.
  • The rows it read: the Search Console and tracking rows behind it.

How it works out the numbers

Without the plan, Intelligence projects your Search Console numbers, and your tracked visits and leads, forward with their weekly pattern. With the plan, it estimates each change from your site's own click rates and past ranking moves, then carries that down to visits, leads and won deals using your own rates. It runs the numbers many times, so you get a range.

AI reads the plan's words and writes the explanation. The numbers themselves are calculated from your data, not written by the AI.

What it can't know

It says Unknown, with the reason, when:

  • the change isn't a change to the website itself, such as ads, email or pricing
  • Search Console isn't connected, or has less than twelve weeks of daily numbers
  • tracking isn't set up, so visits and leads can't be followed
  • no leads are marked won or lost yet, or won deals have no values
  • the site has no measured fixes yet, or too few new pages to learn from
  • a page doesn't show in Google yet, or shows too far down for the change to reach searchers

It also assumes that how often each page shows in Google stays as it is now. To get fuller results, connect Search Console and install tracking.

Testing a plan uses your monthly AI allowance. If it's used up, the block says "This month's AI budget is used up, so the plan wasn't read." You also need a site in the workspace to test a plan against.
